• You must not use the Services in a way that could be considered fraudulent or unfair to other Users.
• You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing while using the Services.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or withhold any winnings if we suspect you have engaged in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• You must only use payment methods that are accepted by us for deposits and withdrawals.
• We may modify our payment terms at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to withhold any winnings if we suspect you have used a payment method that is not acceptable to us.

7. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and promotions.
• You must wager the bonus amount at least 40 times (the "Wagering Requirement") before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.
• The maximum bet allowed while meeting the Wagering Requirement is €5.

8. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

9. VIP PROGRAM

• The VIP program is invite-only and we reserve the right to invite or reject Users at our discretion.
• Benefits of the VIP program include, but are not limited to, personal account management, exclusive cashback offers, faster withdrawals, and priority customer support.

10. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

• Minimum deposit amount is €20.
• Maximum withdrawal amount is €15,000 over 3 days / higher sums processed within 7 days.

11. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

• You must only have one account with us.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or withhold any winnings if we suspect you have created multiple accounts or used a payment method that is not acceptable to us.

12. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon termination or suspension, you must immediately stop using the Services and return any company property to us.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Anjouan Gaming Authority (Offshore Finance Authority, State of Anjouan).

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Anjouan Gaming Authority (Offshore Finance Authority, State of Anjouan).

15. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed acceptance by you of such changes.

16. BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors, assigns, and affiliates.
